These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Clear Signal Reputation website and to the services we provide.

1. Our services

Clear Signal provides online reputation services, including:

• Review removal: assessing reviews and online content and, where there appear to be legitimate grounds, taking the case forward through the relevant platform’s processes
• Review generation: helping businesses ask genuine customers for reviews
• Reputation management: monitoring, guidance and ongoing support for a business’s online reputation

The exact scope of any service will be agreed with you before work begins.

2. Free assessment

Our review assessment is free and creates no obligation. Submitting a review for assessment does not mean we will take the case forward. We assess each case individually and only take forward cases we believe have legitimate grounds.

3. No guarantee of removal

Review platforms such as Google, Trustpilot, Yelp and Tripadvisor make their own decisions about what content stays on their platforms. We do not control those decisions and we cannot guarantee that any review or content will be removed.

4. Fees and payment

Review removal. For review removal, you only pay after successful removal. The fee for each case will be agreed with you before we start work. A review is treated as successfully removed when it is no longer publicly visible on the platform.

Other services. Fees for review generation, reputation management and any other services will be agreed with you in writing before work begins.

Invoices are due within the time stated on the invoice. We may pause or stop work if payment is overdue.

5. If a removed review returns

If a review that was successfully removed is later reinstated by the platform, contact us and we will review the situation with you. Any further action and fees will be agreed separately.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree that:

• The information you give us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You are authorised to act for the business you tell us about
• You will not ask us to remove genuine reviews only because they are negative
• You will not use our services for anything unlawful, misleading or against a platform’s rules

We may decline or stop working on any case at our discretion.

7. Genuine reviews only

We do not write, buy or post fake reviews, and we do not offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews. Review generation is about encouraging genuine feedback from real customers, in line with each platform’s policies.

8. Third-party platforms

Our services involve third-party platforms that we do not own or control. Their terms, policies and decisions apply independently of these Terms. We are not responsible for any action, delay or decision made by a third-party platform.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Clear Signal or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, profit or business
• Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Confidentiality

We treat the information you share about your business and your cases as confidential and use it only to provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
